In June 2007, Tarpon managed assets worth approximately U$1 billion in its public equity and private equity funds, making it one of the biggest Brazilian asset managers.

In June 2007, Tarpon Investments concluded the listing process for it shares on the Luxembourg stock market and on Bovespa, making it one of the first asset managers in Brazil to access the capital's market. Tarpon shares were traded on Bovespa using the symbol TARP11.
