From time to time, members of the “Out of Your Mind!” committee meet to present crazy ideas, which are not appropriate for formal meetings at Semco or any other company.

The intention is to set aside conventional solutions and present ideas based on liberty, respect for others, the power of sharing and the sacred right of indolence. However, if, when espousing an idea, the other people don’t say “You’re Out of Your Mind!”, this is not the correct place to deal with this new idea.

The committee produces inventions like “Retire a little bit”, the “Date Semco” CV database, etc.
