Executives at the Semco Holding are charged with seeking new business for the Group, overseeing existing businesses and promoting synergies between them.

Historically, the Semco Group has between three and six Business Units under its portfolio and each company is managed independently, with its own structures and teams and its own board with representatives from Semco and its partners.
