Cushman & Wakefield is the largest provider of real estate related services in South America and one of the biggest in the world.

The partnership with Semco, which began in 1994 and ended in 2007, is considered one of the most productive joint ventures the company has undertaken anywhere in the world and one of the determining factors for the company's explosive growth during this period.

Services include searches for commercial real estate, evaluation, facilities management, research, tenant representation, sales and many other services which cover the real estate life cycle.

At the beginning of 2007, Cushman & Wakefield was present in 58 countries with over 11.000 employees, 3000 of them in South America. Altogether, the company manages 9 million square meters of real estate throughout Brazil.
